We are dedicated to providing solutions that extend the capabilities of the AVEVA / OSIsoft PI ecosystem. Our goal is to enable open-source development of PI Vision custom symbols and scripts to help automate common and even less routine tasks required for the administration of the PI system.

We believe that there is a lot of flexibility in extending the base layer of the PI System and that providing common functionality to consumers of PI is valuable. That's why we want to make these common tasks and basic PI Vision extensibility open-source, as there is minimal value in paying for these services and the functionality should be usable by the consumers of the PI System.
